Final Concert Dates Announced For Yorktown High School Music Program |
Members of the award winning Yorktown High School Band will conclude the current school year with a spring concert on May 26 at 7:00 p.m. Due to the ongoing construction at the school, the concert will be held in the auditorium at Swanson Middle School located at 5800 N. Washington Blvd. The concert is open to the general public and is free of charge. Refreshments will be available with the proceeds benefiting the Yorktown music program.
The award winning Yorktown Jazz Ensemble will present their annual Jazz on the Lawn concert program on June 2 at 7:00 p.m. at Williamsburg Middle School located at 3600 N. Harrison St. Those attending are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or a blanket to enjoy the free outdoor concert.
Mr. Brian Coffill serves as the band director at the school. |
