Congratulations to all the senior Marching Band students and families on a successful final season! A big THANK YOU to Cara Voth, Carrie Dennis, and their team of volunteers who put on a wonderful Senior Reception for the senior families!! We officially kicked off the concert season this past Wednesday with the Chamber concert. If you missed it and are eager for the next event, the winter concert will be on December 11th. It will be a joint concert with Orchestra, so get ready for a wonderful evening with a lot of talented musicians! Also, keep an eye out for a Sign-up Genius for concessions as we get closer to the date.
Winter Guard and Indoor Percussion rehearsals and clinics are now underway, so please monitor the band calendar for rehearsal and competition reminders. There’s still time to join! Indoor Percussion has two more upcoming clinics (Nov 12 & 13), and Winter Guard has two upcoming open houses (Nov 12 & 15). We’ll also use the weekly emails to highlight the competitions and fundraising opportunities for these great programs.
