APS Volunteer Application Process

With many opportunities to volunteer for the Yorktown band program, we’d like to encourage you to take less than an hour to complete the APS volunteer process in advance. Once completed, you are covered for three years for any APS volunteer activity. 

  1. If you have completed the process at some point, email Eileen Wagner, YHS Volunteer & Partnership Liaison) to learn if your volunteer approval is up-to-date.
  2. If you need to complete, click here: APS volunteer application
  3. At this same site, upload your COVID vaccine card.
  4. Complete the online Safe Schools training (30 minutes). A link to the training will be emailed after your APS volunteer application is submitted (step 2).
  5. Email the Safe Schools completion certificate to Eileen Wagner, who will soon after email you confirmation that your application is approved.
  6. Forward to volunteer@yorktownband.org the approval email from Eileen (either from step 1 or step 5).
