Schedule

Tuesday, Sept 19

• 6:00-6:15 pm: check-in at ATRIUM (go through door #1 main entrance walk through hallway to Atrium, large stair case and across from cafeteria)
• 6:15-6:20 pm: transition to field 2
• 6:20-6:40 pm: introductions and demonstrations
• 6:40-8:00 pm teach routine
• 8:00 pm: dismiss the Spin with the Patriots students to their parents (pick will be the practicing on the baseball field next to the stadium – if it is raining pick up will be the Atrium)  

Be sure to wear athletic clothing, closed-toe shoes, and remember a water jug!
Parents are more than welcome to stay and watch.
The Marching Band will also be working on their 2023 Fall Production, Red.

Friday, Sept 22

• 5:00 Report to YHS ATRIUM
• 5:10-5:30 practice the routine with the guard and band
• 5:30-6:30 pizza dinner
• 6:30 Parade to stadium: Students will sit with the Marching Band in the stands and enjoy all the fun cheers, music, and dancing!
• Halftime – PERFORMANCE!: At the completion of halftime, all parents should meet their children in the end zone closest to the scoreboard, on the visitors side (near entry gate). We must sign-out each student to their respective parent/guardian that signs this form. All parents that do not attend the football game should indicate so below and meet a chaperone and their child at the main gate.

Cost

$5.00 – Covers cost of pizza dinner with the Yorktown Marching Band. Checks may be payable to Yorktown Band Boosters and submitted at the rehearsal or send $5 to @YorktownBand on Venmo (with your student name in the notes/comments).
